Eytan M. Goldschein is Of Counsel to Warren Kalyan & Mattocks. He represent defendants in cases various types of cases before New York City Courts involving FDNY, Department of Buildings, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, as well as all other OATH Violations.

Eytan graduated magna cum laude from Cardozo Law School in 2011. Ranked in the Top 3% out of over 380 students, he began working in commercial business litigation before dedicating his practice to real estate litigation and transactions.
